Programs and Galleries
Fort Point Artists pioneered the open studios concept in the Greater Boston area, inviting the public into their studios for the first time in 1980. Today, in addition to our long-standing commitment to Open Studios, FPAC operates two galleries, coordinates an Art Lending program and offers other opportunities to increase the visibility of Member’s work or performances.

The Story Of An Artist
The Story of An Artist follows themes that many artists may face – feeling lost, belonging, and finding yourself. Each evening showcases poets that evoke an emotional pull; singers who provide a sense of soul and compassion; rappers who exemplify elite lyricism; and beats that will move the audience.
Public Art
In the past, FPAC has funded and facilitated temporary public art in Fort Point and Floating Art on the Fort Point Channel. With proper funding, this program may be revived in the future.
