The FPAC Art Space is a 1,100 sq. ft. gallery operated by Fort Point Arts Community non-profit. Ideally located along the Boston Harborwalk in the vibrant Seaport District, the gallery offers stunning city views, high ceilings, and expansive windows. Situated at the corner of the Envoy Hotel and directly across from the Barking Crab, it’s just steps from Sleeper Street and Seaport Boulevard.
FPAC Art Space Rental Fees and Conditions
Close to public transportation: MBTA South Station or Courthouse stop. $10 Parking on Sat & Sun at Channelside Parking off A Street and Binford. Close to corner of Sleeper Street and Seaport Blvd bridge, Fort Point Channel. $12 parking Sat and Sun at 280 Congress Street, Atlantic Wharf Garage. Great restaurants and takeout places nearby.
Most dates, art will be on the walls and sometimes floor space as part of an exhibition. Renters, guests, and personnel must not touch any artwork and should take care around all installations, which contribute to the space’s unique character.
One or two staff members will assist and remain nearby during events, if not onsite for the entire time, depending on type of event. Staff will meet renters on day of event to help with questions, set-up and close-up.
Signage: All signage outside and on the windows of the gallery must be approved by FPAC ahead of event. Please do not tape posters to the outer walls or windows of the gallery or Envoy Hotel. Do not post fliers or posters on the trees, light posts, overpasses, or any other location outside the gallery or hotel.
Early access only allowed with advance approval, which would include an additional hourly fee. Events cannot go past 10PM including clean-up without special permission.
- Capacity: 50
- No alcohol except with one-day license or licensed bartender.
- Furniture may not be moved unless with staff help.
- All trash will be removed to the trash room by staff after renters bag trash.
- WIFI and Password will be given upon meeting staff at the gallery time of rental.
- $350 per hour Monday-Wednesday
- $450 per hour Thursday-Sunday
- 3-hour minimum, which includes set-up and breakdown, close up by staff.
- 8 hours or more, 10% discount
- $250 flat fee for use of AV equipment: Speakers, mics, HDMI to ceiling projectors, large screen, remotes.
- $150 for 50 metal folding chairs and 5 folding tables. You must provide your own tablecloths (6ft tables). Other tables and chairs may be rented from company of your choice.

- COI required, naming Fort Point Arts Community, Inc. as Certificate Holder.
