The Gallery at Atlantic Wharf 

Artist Loan Agreement

Location and Gallery Hours: The Gallery at Atlantic Wharf, 290 Congress St, Boston, MA 02210, owned by Boston Properties (BXP). Gallery hours are 7AM-10PM daily.  It is a public space with no gallery staff.

Terms 

The work shall remain on site until the end of exhibition. 

Sales –FPAC will invoice for the cost of the art plus 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax and will retain a commission of 40% of the declared retail value. 

Artwork is insured under FPAC’s insurance policy for 60% of the value. 

Participating Artist Benefit:  Free one-year FPAC Artist Membership, if not already a member. See membership benefits on fortpointarts.org (participation in FPAC Art Lending Program earning 10% the value of your work per year, plus more members’ exhibition opportunities)

Artists must unpack their work and remove all wrapping and packing materials from the space  during drop-off as there is no storage available at the gallery. Artists must also supply wrapping and packing materials when they pick up their work at the designated deinstall time. 

There is 15 minute parking in front or a loading dock with advance approval.  There is also a back alley with doors to the gallery if needed.
