Artist Loan Agreement

 @ the Envoy Hotel, 70A Sleeper Street, Seaport, Boston ( across from Barking Crab Tent)

Gallery Hours:  12-6pm Wednesday -Saturday (sometimes random Sundays with volunteers)

Terms 

The work shall remain on site until the end of exhibition. 

Sales –FPAC will invoice for the cost of the art plus 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax and will retain a commission of 40% of the declared retail value. 

Artwork is insured under FPAC’s insurance policy for 60% of the value. 

Participating Artist Benefit:  Free one-year FPAC Artist Membership, if not already a member. See membership benefits on fortpointarts.org (participation in FPAC Art Lending Program earning 10% the value of your work per year, plus more members’ exhibition opportunities)

Artists must remove all wrap and packing materials for their work during drop off and take with them, as no storage at the gallery. Artists must also supply wrap and packing materials when they pick up their work at the designated time. 

**When dropping off artwork, there may be a few spots for 15-minute parking in front of the Hotel on Sleeper Street, but please leave a note on car windshield saying Drop off for FPAC Art Space and your phone number.
