Since its founding in 1980, FPAC has championed creativity, innovation, and inclusivity in the arts. FortPoint Open Studios has grown to become Boston’s original and longest-running open studios event, offering the public an unparalleled opportunity to engage with artists in their working studios, experience live performances, and enjoy family-friendly programming in the heart of the Fort Point/Seaport waterfront.

Fort Point Open Studios 2025 will take place October 17–19 (Friday– Sunday) and will welcome thousands of visitors from Greater Boston and beyond.

In 2024, we had:

  • 100+ artists (3 artist buildings) opening their studios to the public, including a group space for members without studios in Fort Point
  • 22+ live music performances
  • Special programs from the Boston Lyric Opera
  • Hands-on environmental art workshops for children
  • Collaborations across local galleries and cultural partners

This year’s Fort Point Open Studios is set to be our most impactful yet, featuring expanded engagement, diverse community programming, and rich artistic experiences. The FPAC Art Space, the Gallery at Atlantic Wharf (managed by FPAC in partnership with BXP), and other nearby partner gallerieswill be open throughout the weekend.

About FPAC:

The Fort Point Arts Community (FPAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enriching Boston’s cultural landscape. Through exhibitions, performances, lectures, and community programs,we support artists and creative workers in Fort Point and regionally— especially those living andworking in Fort Point and Greater Boston.
